Sexual harassment and assault is seriously unaccepted and immoral practice. It is the biggest crime among all. All molester are the early stage or sign of becoming a potential rapist. After all, small crime leads to big crime...They should receive the same level of charges as rapist. 3 strokes of rotan? 5 strokes? why not lifetime lock-up and stroking their asses, tearing their skin off their ass. It must be done to show an example, no perhaps a warning message to all other psycho-molester that this is what you gonna get.
Its rather disappointing to see why the victims dare not speak up and file charges on them. Seeing these creature walks away from punishment every time after successful preying somewhat increase public anger and hatred towards them. It's really uncomfortable and nuisance to women especially when the predators act normal in front of everybody and pretend to be some one else, staying low while waiting for the next victim or good opportunity. They will keep doing it with no end till they get caught. In fact, they are getting better and better after every attempt and this is where the rapist came from. There is no stop in this.
